Adama Mickiewicza 20, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The Jerzy Zitzman Banialuka Puppet Theatre in Bielsko-Biała is the data controller and is represented by the Chief Executive and Artistic Director. The Jerzy Zitzman Banialuka Puppet Theatre is the controller for the processing of personal data, which means that the Theatre determines the purposes and means of processing the data. The controller makes every effort to ensure all measures of physical, technical and organisational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

  2. Categories of Personal Data Processing

    The Jerzy Zitzman Banialuka Puppet Theatre processes personal data of the users of the Theatre’s website. Primarily, we process the personal data which you enter when you subscribe to our newsletter, book and purchase tickets as well as when you fill in the contact form.

    The personal data are used to make the Theatre’s services available to you. The legal basis for data processing is the fulfilment of or the intention to enter into a contract.

    If you subscribe to the newsletter, the legal basis for personal data processing is your consent to process your personal data. If you receive the newsletter, you can resign from its subscription at any time by sending a reply to the address given in the newsletter footer. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, the controller removes your email address from the newsletter database.

  3. Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data

    Your personal data are processed to send current information related to the activities of the Jerzy Zitzman Banialuka Puppet Theatre in the form of a newsletter, to book and purchase tickets, as well as to conduct correspondence initiated through the Theatre’s contact form.

    Your personal data, which are processed on the basis of consent (e.g. provided during the subscription to the newsletter), are processed until the consent is withdrawn.
